Uses:
Cereals: Wheat, Barley, Oats and also ryegrass seed crops.
Hat-Trick is an all round broad spectrum broadleaf weed herbicide that can be used in most cereal cropping situations. Hat-Trick is often used as cure all and can be tank mixed with Clenecorn to broaden the weed spectrum further.
Benefits:
Hat-Trick has three active ingredients combining three slightly different modes of action to form a broad spectrum herbicide and helps to control difficult weeds such as wireweed, fumitory and cleavers.
Application:
At all times you should refer to the Hat-Trick label. Rates vary from weed species and whether the plant is a seedling or established plant.
Hat-Trick is compatible with most commonly used insecticides and fungicides. Care must be taken when mixing with emulsifiable concentrates as the risk of crop scorching increases. Hat-Trick is compatible with Clenecorn.

Rainfall:
Rainfall within 12 hours may reduce the effectiveness of the application. For the best results 12 - 24 hours without rainfall is desired.
Additional Information:
Mecoprop - Mainly contact in action but is also translocated from the foliage to the roots. It accumulates in the growing tips and interferes with respiration and cell division.
Pasture Guard MCPA - Is taken up through the leaves and foliage of the plant and translocated readily to the root system, where it stimulates the plant to produce sugars. The plant tries to utilise the excess sugars and undertakes a massive cell division process. As the cells divide they get more distorted until the plant effectively grows itself to death.
Dicamba - Taken up by foliage & roots of the plants and is translocated to the roots where it accumulates in the growing points. It interferes with cell division & enlargement.
