Physical Description:
Vita-Mineral Drench is a water-soluble multi-mineral trace element and multi-vitamin free-flow powder containing iodine, selenium, cobalt, zinc and Vitamins A, D & E. It is available only in white plastic buckets containing 4 x 1kg sachets.

Vita-Mineral Drench is an animal remedy used as a health tonic and to boost trace element and vitamin levels in sheep and cattle by oral drenching, especially at times such as pre-mating and late pregnancy, or during periods of stress.

Application:
Vita-Mineral Drench is designed to be administered to animals via oral drenching at times of the year when additional supplementary trace elements and vitamins may be required, eg pre-mating and late pregnancy.
Pour the contents of one 1kg sachet into a 5 litre backpack, add water up to 5 litres and shake gently to dissolve. Once dissolved, orally drench this solution at the recommended dose rate of:
- 5ml per lamb
- 10 ml per adult sheep
- 10ml per calf
- 50 ml per adult cattle
Each 10ml dose of drench solution (equivalent to 2 grams of powder) contains:
- 2.5mg elemental COBALT (as cobalt sulphate)
- 2mg elemental SELENIUM (as sodium selenate)
- 250mg elemental IODINE (as EDDI)
- 6mg elemental ZINC (as zinc sulphate monohydrate)
- 20,000 IU Vitamin A
- 10,000 IU Vitamin D
- 200 IU Vitamin E
Meat and milk withholding periods: NIL.
Storage & Handling:
Store in a cool, dry covered facility, and ensure that the bag is closed properly after use. It is important to keep bags dry to prevent absorption of water by the product. Dust masks and eye protection are recommended when handling product if excessive dust is present.
