Ravensdown offers a variety of account options which can be tailored to suit you. Our highly trained Customer Service Representatives are here to help you keep your Ravensdown account up-to-date with your latest contact details and farm information.

Ravensdown's standard terms of trade allow for payment on the 20th of the month following dispatch of product. For deferred or split payment terms, please see the SuperPlan page.

Your statement

​Ravensdown statements are generated and posted out in the first week of each month. Consolidated invoices for product dispatched in the previous month are included with your statement. Payment is due on the 20th of that month. You can also access your statement online through My Ravensdown.

You can pay your monthly statement in one of three ways:

Direct debit - Ravensdown will automatically debit your nominated bank account on the payment due date. This method of payment affords a 1.5% discount. Please call our Customer Centre for a direct debit form

Direct credit - You can deposit funds into our account via telephone or internet banking. Please call our Customer Centre for our bank account details.

Cheque - Simply send a cheque to us in the reply paid envelope provided with your monthly statement.

If you have any queries regarding your statement or would like to discuss SuperPlan extended credit (including both deferred terms and split payments) for your invoices, please call our Customer Centre before the 15th of the month that your statement is due for payment.

Spend Ravensdown Travel Dollars on domestic or international flights, accommodation or car rental - anything that can usually be booked through a travel agent.

You can top up with cash if you don't have enough Travel Dollars

What do I do to join?

If you are already a Ravensdown direct debit customer call our Customer Centre on 0800 100 123 and let them know that you would like to earn Ravensdown Travel Dollars.

If you do not currently pay by direct debit you will need to complete a Direct Debit form. Remember to indicate that you would like to receive your 1.5% discount as Ravensdown Travel Dollars.
