DAP A high-analysis compound product containing both N and P. Good spreading and flow characteristics. Used as a planting fertiliser for field crops, process crops and greenfed brassica. Ammo-Phos MAP A high-analysis, free-flowing soluble fertiliser containing ammonium and phosphate. Less risk of seed burning compared to DAP due to virtually no free ammonia being released. Used fro drilling or banding close to seed where a high phosphate supply is required. Ravensdown 12-10-10 A high-analysis fertiliser containing N, P, K and a full range of trace elements. The only compound fertiliser that has been developed specifically for New Zealand. Used extensively in maize, sweet corn, potatoes, onions, squash and fresh market vegetables.
