At Ravensdown we make is easy for you to deal with us; we sell direct to our customers cutting out the middle man and saving you money.

Our Customer Centre is open seven days a week and provides helpful advice and information on Ravensdown products and services. You can also place orders, check you account and discuss your shareholding.

Contact your local Account Manager for personalised fertiliser plans, agrochemical and animal health recommendations, assistance with nutrient budgeting and to order all your farm inputs.

Login to My Ravensdown to access your account information including: previous statements, share rebates, fertiliser plans and test results. You can also place orders online through our secure site.

Becoming a direct customer with Ravensdown is easy - your Ravensdown account can be created over the phone:
 - Simply call our Customer Centre on 0800 100 123.
 - A Credit Application from will be sent out to you.
 - Complete and return the Credit Application from.

Once you Credit Application has been processed and our credit criteria have beet met, you will be able to place orders. SuperPlan extended credit (including both deferred term and split payment options) is also available.

Choose to pay your monthly account by direct debit and take advantage of either a 1.5% discount or the same value in Ravensdown Travel Dollars. You can take advantage of additional benefits by becoming a Ravensdown shareholder.

Delivery options

Boasting more than 90 stores in our nationwide distribution network, we will always have a store near you. We have a range of collection and delivery options available.

Solid fertiliser and aglime can be collected from your local Ravensdown store or lime quarry. In most cases Ravensdown does not organise dispatch or delivery of fertiliser and lime products, however we are more than happy to send a courtesy copy of your order to your chosen carrier. Ravensdown does have joint venture spreading and spraying operations in selected areas throughout New Zealand. We can organise supply, dispatch and application of your fertiliser in these areas.

Our agrochemical range is dispatched from one of our regional warehouses and will be delivered to you within 3 - 5 working days. Alternatively we can deliver to the nearest Ravensdown pick-up point (usually your local Ravensdown store) the following business day.

All drenches, liquid animal health products and dairy cow minerals are dispatched from our regional warehouses and will be delivered as with agrochemicals.

Bagged animal health supplements are available from most local stores and can be delivered within 3-5 working days

All nutrition products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Ravensdown on-farm silos will be filled within 3-5 working days.
