Product availability
Please note all product orders are subject to availability. We will endeavour to confirm your order within one hour during the following hours (NZ): Monday-Thursday 6-9pm, Friday 6-7pm, Saturday 7-12am and Sunday 5-8pm. Should your enquiry reach us outside those hours you can expect confirmation within 24 hours. If you have a more urgent need please do not hesitate to contact us by phone on 0800 100 123. You will not have to pay anything until we have confirmed your order.
System integrity
We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure the availability of this site and the Ravensdown On‑Line Ordering service subject to any downtime required for maintenance or other reasons outside our control. However, Ravensdown takes no responsibility for any system unavailability or for any loss that is incurred as a result of the site or the services being unavailable. Furthermore, we assume no responsibility for the corruption of any data or information held by Ravensdown.
