| Plant back withholding |
Plant Withholding There is no plant back period listed on the label, but active ingredients in Hat-Trick do have some soil residual activity. This may only be an issue in case of a crop failure, where care would be needed when sowing sensitive crops eg legumes, beets or brassicas.
|
| Stock withholding |
Stock Withholding Some poisonous plants such as ragwort become sweet and more palatable after spraying and stock should not graze until these plants have died down.

| Barriers to effectiveness |
Barriers Rainfall
Do not apply if rainfall is likely within 6 hours, however 12 hours drying is preferable. For the best results 12 - 24 hours without rainfall is desired.

A combination of three different active ingredients for weed control in cereals, ryegrass seed crops and turfgrass
Provides control of some difficult weeds e.g. wireweed, fumitory and cleavers
Suitable for mixing with most insecticides, fungicides and Basis
Hat-Trick is an all round broad spectrum broadleaf weed herbicide that can be used in most cereal cropping situations. Hat-Trick is often used as cure all and can be tank mixed with Basis to broaden the weed spectrum further.
Hat-Trick has three active ingredients combining three slightly different modes of action to form a broad spectrum herbicide and helps to control difficult weeds such as wireweed, fumitory and cleavers.
Application
At all times you should refer to the Hat-Trick label. Rates vary from weed species and whether the plant is a seedling or established plant.
Combines contact, translocation and short soil residual properties. The contact action is only slight with greatest effect derived from translocation.

Add the required quantity of Hat-Trick to spray tank partly filled with water and maintain agitation throughout filling and spraying.
Hat-Trick is compatible with most commonly used insecticides and fungicides. Care must be taken when mixing with emulsifiable concentrates as the risk of crop scorching increases. Hat-Trick is compatible with Basis.
