Benefits of Dairy Pasture Boost 8

Especially for intensive pastoral production in the spring or autumn

Nitrogen component provides a rapid response

Phosphate, potassium and sulphate components ensure continued quality pasture production

While the nitrogen provides a rapid response, the phosphate, potassium and sulphate components of the product ensure continued production of quality pasture through the season

Uses

This product has been formulated especially for the dairy and other intensive pastoral production either in the spring or autumn. It is similar to Nitrogen Super, except with the addition of potassium for soils with low to medium potash levels.

Application rates and advice

Apply as a maintenance fertiliser at 400-600kg/ha for spring dressings and 200-400 kg/ha for autumn dressings.  Actual spreading rates will vary according to farm type, climate, productivity and soil type.  Soil testing and fertiliser plans are available to ensure you use the right product at the correct rate.  Call our Customer Centre for information.

Unlike most solid fertilisers, Dairy Pasture Boost is not stable and should be applied as soon as practical after mixing at the store as has propensity to become lumpy.
