Conditions For Mixing Although the components of Nitrogen Super generally mixes well with other products, it is not compatible with the following: Potassium Nitrate, Ammonium Nitrate, Mono Ammonium Phosphate (MAP), Cropmaster DAP, Calcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN) or Urea Segregation may occur when mixed with product with differences of particle size. Uses
Nitrogen Super is suitable for use on pastures as well as sowing with cereals, where a nitrogen boost is required along with phosphate and sulphur. Care should be taken to avoid contact with sensitive seeds. This product should not be used for brassica crops due to the high sulphur content.
Application Rates and Advice
Typical application rates for Nitrogen Super on both pasture and crops is 400kg/ha. Actual spreading rates will vary according to farm type, climate, productivity and soil type. Soil testing and fertiliser plans are available to ensure you use the right product at the correct rate. Call our Customer Centre for information.
Always clean equipment after use to avoid corrosion.
Unlike most solid fertilisers, Nitrogen Super is not stable and should be applied as soon as practical after mixing at the store as has propensity to become lump.
