​Citrus 17-2-6 combines a number of components with creamy brown/white uneven sized granules between 2.5 - 4.0mm.

​Although Citrus 17-2-6 generally mixes well with other products, it is not compatible with the following:

Superphosphate and Magnesium Oxide

Citrus 17-2-6 can be compatible with the following under certain circumstances:

Dry Lime (may also give off ammonia gas) and Sulphur Super 30

Segregation may occur when mixed with product with differences of particle size.

Citrus 17-2-6 has been developed to provide a balanced feed of essential nutrients and trace elements including magnesium, calcium and molybdenum to coincide and meet the nutrient demands of the trees.  ​

Citrus 17-2-6 is commonly used on lemons being grown in soils with low potassium levels.
 

Application rates and advice

Is normally applies four times a year; in late September, early December, early February and early April at a rate of 275kg/ha.  Actual spreading rates will vary according to farm type, climate, productivity, soil type and crop type.  Soil testing and fertiliser plans are available to ensure you use the right product at the correct rate.  Call our Customer Centre for information.
 
As with most solid fertilisers, Citrus 17-2-6 can be stored over a season as long as it is kept in a cool, dry, well ventilated area. Store bags in a dry place ensuring they are tightly sealed.
