Physical description
Nitroyellow is a blended fertiliser powered by Nitrophoska. This blend has a very even granule size with a mean diameter of between 3.0 - 3.6mm, ensuring good spreading characteristics. The colour of this blend is a mixture of cream & white granules.​

Magnesium Oxide

Nitroyellow can be compatible with the following under certain circumstances:

Nitroyellow was developed to address the specific needs of intensive vegetable production crops grown on soils with very high potassium reserves.
 
It contains both forms of nitrogen (ammonium 8.6% and nitrate 6%) to better match crop nutrient demand and is especially good for cold soils.  Enriched with magnesium which is present as water soluble Kieserite, it will ensure an even supply of cations.  It also contains a range of trace elements (approx - Iron 1365ppm, Zinc 45ppm, Copper 12ppm, Manganese 72ppm).
 
NitroYellow is a well granulated, dust free product with superb spreading characteristics.​

Application Rates and Advice

Actual spreading rates will vary according to farm type, climate, productivity, soil type and crop type.  Soil testing and fertiliser plans are available to ensure you use the right product at the correct rate.  Call our Customer Centre for information.Nitroyellow is a very stable product that can be mixed with most other fertilisers.
 
As with most solid fertilisers, Nitroyellow can be stored over a season as long as it is kept in a cool, dry, well ventilated area. Store bags in a dry place ensuring they are tightly sealed.​
