​Snakebite is an exciting new and high yielding cultivar from the highly successful Syngenta cereal breeding programme. Snakebite is an early to medium maturity cultivar of moderate height with very stiff straw. Snakebite produces a large grain with good test weight and low screenings. FAR trial data shows it is high yielding in both irrigated and dryland environments.
