Rebates for founding members

Only members who first purchased fertiliser from, and became shareholders of, Ravensdown Australia during its first three years (2009, 2010 and up to 31 December 2011) are eligible for our Founding Member Rebate scheme.

This rebate is only paid to transacting shareholders and is based on the tonnage of eligible fertiliser purchased throughout the financial year using the following formula:

FMR amount x total tonnage of eligible fertiliser purchased = total FMR paid

The Founding member rebate has been set for the following financial years and can be paid in cash, shares or a combination of both, as determined by the board.

- 2009/2010: $20.00 | 2010/11: $16.00 | 2011/12: $12.00 | 2012/13: $8.00 | 2013/14: $8.00 | 2014/15: $8.00

Rebates paid under the FMR scheme may be paid in cash, shares or a combination of both at the discretion of the Board.

Additional information

- Ravensdown's financial year runs from 01 June - 31 May.
- Foundation Member Rebates are calculated and paid out at such time as determined by the Board of Directors, usually after the annual meeting.
