Buy from us as a customer
If being a shareholder is not for you, you can still access our products and services as a customer. You’ll just need to fill in a credit application (and you’ll get monthly statements, a process outlined below).

Monthly customer statements
Statements are generated and emailed in the first week of each month. Payment is due on the 20th of that month. You can also access your statement online through our secure portal, My Ravensdown (you’ll get access once you’re a customer or shareholder).
You can pay your monthly statement in one of two ways:
- Direct debit - we will automatically debit your nominated bank account on the payment due date. This method of payment affords a 1.5% discount on your order or earn the equivalent in Ravensdown Travel Dollars.
- Direct credit - you can deposit funds into our account via internet banking.
If you have any queries regarding your statement, please call our Customer Centre before the 15th of the month that your statement is due for payment.
