New app for Ravensdown customers
Communicate, view finances and check the status of your orders, with our new Customer Care app.
The Ravensdown Customer Care app is a helpful tool that provides you with a new way to manage your account. Our new Customer Care app produces your account and order information and makes communication with agri managers or the Customer Centre easy.
- Request appointments with agri managers
- Call and send messages to the Customer Centre and agri managers
- View your current month's balance
- See the status of orders
- Show the balance of your last statement
- View your credit limit
- See your open orders
Getting started with the Ravensdown Customer Care app
The Ravensdown Customer Care app is available on Google Play (for Android) and the App Store (for iOS). To download the Customer Care app to your device, search Ravensdown Customer Care and install. Once downloaded, enter your My Ravensdown login details to access your information.
If you haven't registered for My Ravensdown before, and you are a Ravensdown customer, you can get started straight away. All you need is your Customer Number and the email address registered with Ravensdown.
