Director Elections 2025 – South Island Area election
Nominations for the 2025 Ravensdown Director Elections closed at 5pm on Monday 28 July.
The following nominations were received:
North Island Area (one required)
ROWARTH Jacqueline
As the number of nominations received did not exceed the number of vacancies an election is not required for this area.
Accordingly, incumbent director Jacqueline Rowarth will continue as a director in the North Island for a further 3-year term from the Annual Meeting.
South Island Area (one required)
HYSLOP Nicky
KEOGHAN Rebecca
SMITH Jane
As more than one candidate was nominated for the South Island Area director position, an election for the South Island Area will be held between the listed candidates, under the first past the post electoral system by postal and internet voting.
Voting will open on Wednesday 27 August when voter packs are posted to South Island shareholders and close at 12 noon on Tuesday 23 September.

General information
The results of any Director Elections will be posted on the Ravensdown website on Tuesday 23 September, with successful candidates taking office at the Annual Meeting on Thursday 25 September 2025.
