Precautions
For the treatment of the following susceptible gastrointestinal roundworms, tapeworm and lungworm (including benzimidazole, levamisole and macrocyclic lactone resistant strains):
Cattle
Combo™ Low Dose also has residual activity that gives almost complete protection against larvae ingested up to 24 hours after dosing. Combo™ Low Dose sterilises roundworm eggs, except those from Nematodirus spp.
Sheep
Also aids in the control of liver fluke (Fasciola hepatica).
Meat withholding
Animals producing meat (or offal) for human consumption must not be sold for slaughter during, and within 10 days of last treatment.
If a pregnant animal is treated, and gives birth within the meat withholding period, the offspring is fit for slaughter only when the mother is fit for slaughter.
Example
A cow is treated with Combo™ Low Dose 5 days before calving. The calf cannot be slaughtered (for human consumption) until 5 days after the date of birth.
Milk withholding
Milk intended for sale for human consumption must be discarded during, and within 35 days of last treatment.
Store in the original container, tightly closed in a cool, dry and locked place, away from direct sunlight.
Store below 30°C.
Shelf-life is three years from date of manufacture.
