Ideally sprayed pastures should be left for 7 days before grazing to allow the spore numbers to decline to very low levels. However, reduction in spore counts starts by 24 hours after spraying and pasture is safe to graze then.
There are no withholding periods for milk or meat when using this product.
Spray Sporeguard® on pasture at a rate of 300mL/ha in conjunction with Sporewet® at a rate of 100mL/ha. The water rate is usually 100-200 L/ha. Refer to the product label for full application rate details.
Spray should not be applied when air temperature exceeds 20oC or wind velocity exceeds 15kph (it is best applied in the mornings and evenings). Sporeguard® / Sporewet® must not be applied to pasture when it can be reasonably predicted that 15mm/hour or more of rain is likely to fall on the pasture within 3 days of the product being applied.
