N-Control™ 75 is urea with a polymer-coating that temporarily isolates the urea granule from the soil environment, delaying the availability of nitrogen for plant uptake and use after application.
N-Control™ 75 generally mixes well with other products.
Segregation may occur when mixed with product with differences of particle size, please refer to our compatibility chart below.
N-Control™ 75 is not significantly affected by soil properties such as pH, salinity, soil texture or microbial activity.
N-Control™ 75 can reduce nitrogen losses by delaying the initial supply of nitrogen and providing it gradually to the developing crop.
Nitrogen release is determined by the permeability characteristics of the polymer coating, as affected by temperature and moisture.
The slow rates of nitrogen release can keep available nitrogen concentrations in soil solution at a lower level, reducing runoff and leaching losses.
N-Control™ 75 dynamically releases nitrogen to the crop’s changing nitrogen demand throughout its growth cycle, maximising nitrogen use efficiency, and minimising environmental concerns.
N-Control™ 75 is suitable for all agriculture, horticulture and forestry farming systems.
N-Control™ 75 is manufactured as a 75 day release product, ideal for drilling and broadcast application.
N-Control™ 75 is usually spread between 40 and 300 kg/ha. Actual spreading rates will vary according to farm type, climate, productivity and soil type.
