Nominations for the 2026 Ravensdown Director Elections closed at 5pm on Friday 24 July.  

As more than two candidates were nominated and agreed to stand for the two available director positions, an election will be held between the listed candidates, under the first past the post electoral system by postal and internet voting.   

Nominations were received for and accepted by: 

ACLAND   Kate 

MONTGOMERY   Jane 

TAYLOR   Stuart 

Incumbent Director, Mike Davey, has made the decision to retire at the end of his term and will stand down after the Annual Meeting on 25 September. 

Voting will open on Wednesday 26 August when voter packs are posted to Ravensdown shareholders and close at 12 noon on Tuesday 22 September.

The results of any Director Elections will be posted on the Ravensdown website on Tuesday 22 September, with successful candidates taking office at the Annual Meeting on Thursday 24 September 2026.
