A grass, clover and lucerne friendly selective herbicide. Use to control a range of broadleaf weeds in establishing pastures and/or crops.
Contains 480g/L of bentazone in the form of a soluble concentrate.

Why use
Pasture Guard® Bentazone is lucerne and clover safe making it suitable for new pastures containing seedling clovers or establishing lucerne stands.
It is very effective on some hard to kill weeds such as seedling chamomiles, cleavers, nettles, nodding thistles, storksbill, and a wide range of broadleaf weeds in new pasture and a range of other crops.

Application
Read the label carefully before using.
PASTURE GUARD BENTAZONE is a selective contact herbicide that must be applied in sufficient water to ensure that all parts of the target weeds are thoroughly covered.
Seedling weeds (2-4 leaves) are more readily controlled than more established young plants.
Best results will occur under warm humid growth conditions.PASTURE GUARD BENTAZONE is not active in the soil, so weeds must have germinated before spraying (post emergence)
Low volume CDA applications are not recommended. Do NOT apply if rain or frost is expected, or if the foliage is wet.
Storage
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in accordance with NZS8409 Management of Agrichemicals.
- Store in the original container, tightly closed, in a locked, dry, cool area away from foodstuffs, fertilisers and seeds.
- Stores containing 1000L of Pasture Guard® Bentazone are subject to signage and secondary containment, more than 1000L require emergency response plans.

Shelf Life
When stored appropriately this product should show no significant degradation for two years from the date of manufacture. Please contact your Ravensdown Account Manager, or our Customer Centre on 0800 100 123, for further information about the use of any product that is older than this.Mixing
Mix required quantity in spray tank partly filled with water and maintain agitation through filling and spraying. Pasture Guard® Bentazone is compatible with AIM®, Pasture Guard® Nurture and Pasture Guard® MCPA 750 for increased weed control.
