We offer a range of account options that can be tailored to suit your business needs. You can count on our highly-trained Customer Service team to make sure your account is always up-to-date with your latest contact details and farm information.
Statements are generated and emailed out in the first week of each month. Consolidated invoices for products dispatched or services provided in the previous month are included with your statement. Payment is due on the 20th of that month. You can also access your statement online through My Ravensdown.
You can pay your monthly statement in one of two ways:
• Direct debit - we will automatically debit your nominated bank account on the payment due date. This method of payment affords a 1.5% discount on your order or the equivalent in Ravensdown Travel Dollars
• Direct credit - you can deposit funds into our account via telephone or internet banking.
If you have any queries regarding your statement, please call our Customer Centre before the 15th of the month that your statement is due for payment.
